75 people, 800-900 sq. ft., bathrooms,
and coffee station
Payment
A 25% deposit is needed. Please remember that full
payment is due upon closure of event.
Guarantee
A guaranteed number of guests must be received one week prior to your event and
a contract signed.
Damage
You will be charged for any damage by any of your guests
to Scotty’s property or contents of the room.
